“Absolutely amazing hotel. Great service, great location. Room was super clean, well quipeted. Great stay.”

“There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean....

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“When looking for a hotel in this price point. You have to have the correct expectations. Otherwise you will never be happy. That being said I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a problem with our room. Things happen, nothing is perfect. But the customer service from the hotel staff was second to none. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and received less personalized attention. They offered to move us as soon as another room was available. We were quickly moved into...
